We’re here to offer an alternative to traditional gyms designed for PTs, gym-goers and fitness newbies. Where people can freely sweat, lift, lunge and recover in total privacy with high-grade equipment, customisable lighting and your own music.

This is about you. So book your hour slot, step inside our microgym and find your movement. Whatever that looks like.
